\nInspired by the creativity and dynamism of the vinyasa practice she is now a 200hr trained vinyasa yoga teacher. Justina\u2019s practice has been influenced by teachers Stephanie Snyder, whom she completed the teacher training with, and Paula Andreewitch. Justina loves a soulful practice that helps students to connect with themselves through movement and breath.
