In the mid 90s, he met his spiritual Master and under his guidance Rustam continued learning and sharing the science of yoga. Rustam’s teaching is inspired by the Sri Sri Yoga tradition, where the focus is on inner transformation of a student – ‘Journey of the self to the Self’ through gentle and meditative asanas.
