breath-work & shamanic journeying with lucyne jade

Lucyne Jade will be leading you through a Conscious Breathwork session followed by a Shamanic Journey, connecting with our hearts and highest potential in a joyful way. She lovingly guides you into whatever needs to be liberated, so we can let go of what doesn’t serve us and draw our dreams into reality. Through the power of Breathwork and Sound Healing we are led into a deep and transformative state, leaving behind our busy minds and allowing our bodies to feel deeply nurtured and peaceful. The Breathwork is a gentle and transformative technique to release old blocked emotions and beliefs and be filled with new possibilities. You will experience the healing effects of a natural, full and deep breath. The session provides deep relaxation, lightness, clarity, deeper intuition and feeling more expansive.

LUCYNE JADE

Lucyne has a deep connection to shamanic practices and the use of ceremony as an honouring of life. Once upon a time we were all connected to these ancient wisdoms, in deep communion with earth, wind, water, fire and the elements that make up life. We knew we were never alone and we were one with nature. During this workshop we will dive deep into the old ways, calling in the directions, setting intentions, bringing in balance and reconnecting to the truth and love of who we really are. This ceremony is about remembering our light and taking that remembering into our lives. We will provide all you need to relax, receive and expand. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is necessary.

KANGA YOGA COURSE WITH EMMA BONNICI

Join Emma Bonnici for a special 4 – WEEK KANGA YOGA COURSE Monday 7th June 2021. Every Monday 7 – 8.30am (BST). This includes 4 weeks access to recordings so you never need to miss a session. We understand that it may still be an unsteady time for some. so we decided to offer donation options for the course. You will be sent the class zoom links for all 4 weeks and recordings.

Kanga Yoga

Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment‐based flow yoga practice using music, gravity and breath to rediscover and rejuvenate the body and mind. The practice is inspired by the yoga teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois, and the system of Ayurveda.

Emma Bonnici

Emma teaches with enthusiasm, care and attention to detail. She brings knowledge gained from her own personal practice and provides strong encouragement and support in her classes. Emma’s yoga practice has always been inspired by her Indian teachers of yoga and ayurveda. Since 2006, she has been travelling between India, Kenya and the UK. During her travels and studies, she grasped the essence of teaching according to one’s body type and dosha, and also the healing power music. Emma focuses on the energy of the students in her classes and incorporates elements of the different yoga practices with music into each class.

DEVELOPMENT BABY MASSAGE WITH LISA GENNARO

Join Lisa Di Gennaro for a special DEVELOPMENT BABY MASSAGE WORKSHOP. Wednesday 9th June 09.45 – 11.00 am.

DEVELOPMENT BABY MASSAGE WORKSHOP

Baby massages are a great way to bring you and your little one closer. Your calming touch will make your baby feel loved and nurtured. Baby massage helps stimulate the circulatory system and digestive system as well as help with conditions such as: gas, cramps, colic and constipation. It will allow your baby to feel more relaxed, helping improve their sleep. This workshop is designed for both mummy and daddy to explore these wonderful techniques for their baby. Recommended oils: Coconut, Jojoba, Grape seed, Sweet almond, Organic Sunflower, Olive

LISA GENNARO

Lisa trained at Triyoga in London with Peter Walker and she loves to spread this magical tool to the mothers and fathers. Lisa is a qualified Doula. She is trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Developmental Baby massage. Lisa’s draws inspiration from teachers Sri K Patthabi Jois, David Swenson (Ashtanga) and David Life and Sharon Gannon (Jivamukti Yoga), Sally Parkes, Micheal Odent and Liliana Lammers. Lisa has been studying and practising yoga for over 10 years, her teaching style is inspired from Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Her classes are inspiring, she teaches strong, energetic playful sequences with alignment-based flow created to make you feel good.

Join Bhavini Vyas for the next 5 WEEK SRI SRI YOGA (Foundation Programme) starting Wednesday 16th June 2021. You will be sent the class zoom links for all 5 weeks. Every Wednesday 6.30 – 7.30pm.

Sri Sri Yoga

Sri Sri Yoga is a discipline, both gentle and powerful, that integrates elements from the different paths of yoga, especially Hatha yoga, uniting the body, mind and breath in awareness. Here the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a joyful and thorough manner, and covers a vast range from breathing techniques to various body postures (asanas) to knowledge and guided meditations.

Bhavini Vyas has been a Full-Time International Trainer for the Art of Living foundation since 2010, teaching in universities, corporates and individuals from all walks of life. Bhavini’s long term involvement with the Art of Living teaching the Happiness Program, stress management and the most powerful breathing techniques to transform ones life, has given her the opportunity to work with thousands of people all over the world. An accomplished and highly trained classical vocalist with an ability to connect to individuals in intimate settings as well as crowds of thousands, she has performed at many prestigious venues around the world including the Royal Albert Hall and the Berlin Olympic Stadium.
