Lisa is been studying and practising yoga for over 10 years, her teaching style is inspired from Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Her classes are inspiring, she teaches strong, energetic playful sequences with alignment-based flow created to make you fell good.

Lisa believes that yoga is way of life, the development of strength and flexibility of the body can create that well-loved yogic strength and flexibility of the mind, everyone should practice yoga because it makes them a better person by developing more peace, love, happines and kindness.

She is also qualified in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Developmental Baby massage and Doula. Lisa’s draws inspiration from teachers Sri K Patthabi Jois, David Swenson (Ashtanga) and David Life and Sharon Gannon (Jivamukti Yoga), Sally Parkes, Micheal Odent and Liliana Lammers.
