Nancy has been practicing yoga since 2013. In her words, Nancy describes Yoga as “my bliss, where I go to rejuvenate and recharge”. Yoga transformed Nancy’s life and took her from a place of feeling unworthy to a place of self-love and self- awareness and, as a result, she loves to share her yoga practice with her close family and friends. Nancy completed her 200-Hour Kanga Yoga Teacher Training in February 2022. This empowered Nancy to deepen her practice and continue to explore her love for Yoga
