Inga Groth began her yoga journey in Germany more than 25 years ago. Over the years, she dedicated herself to studying and practising Ashtanga Yoga, developing a deep appreciation for the discipline and depth of the practice.Inga Groth began her yoga journey in Germany more than 25 years ago. After moving to Nairobi, Inga met Bettina Bachmann, an advanced Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and was introduced to the Jivamukti Yoga method. She quickly fell in love with its dynamic and holistic approach, which beautifully combines energetic asana practice, music, pranayama, meditation and spiritual teachings. In 2025, Inga completed the 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training in Paris. Inspired to deepen her understanding and continue her journey, she has now embarked on the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training, which takes place primarily online, with a ten-day in-person gathering in Spain.

TEMPORARY UTOPIA CONNECTION GAMES WITH NATHAN FALLOU

PRENATAL YOGA WORKSHOP WITH NJOKI MERCY

A nurturing and supportive yoga workshop designed to help expectant mothers move, breathe, and connect with their changing bodies throughout pregnancy. This workshop offers gentle, pregnancy-friendly yoga practices focused on mobility, relaxation, mindful breathing, and preparing the body and mind for birth. You will be guided through safe and accessible movements while learning simple techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts and promote a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this workshop provides a welcoming space to slow down, connect with your baby, and meet other mothers-to-be. After the practice, enjoy refreshments and take a moment to relax, connect, and share the experience with fellow mums-to-be. ABOUT NJOKI:
Njoki was introduced to yoga in 2016 by a friend during a period of physical and emotional stress. Initially skeptical, she was amazed at how transformed she felt after just one class it was a turning point that changed everything. From that moment on, she never looked back. Over the years, yoga and meditation have become a core part of Njoki’s life. Through consistent practice, deep study, and personal self-discovery, she has come to believe that yoga truly is for everyone, whether you are seeking flexibility, fitness, emotional release, or inner stillness.

A reflective Clay & Calm experience exploring the balance between stability and growth. Through clay, participants create two complementary pieces, one representing their roots, the people, values, and experiences that ground them, and the other symbolising their wings, the dreams, possibilities, and parts of themselves ready to grow. A slow, expressive session focused on presence over perfection, inviting you to reconnect with where you’ve come from and embrace where you’re going. Each participant leaves with two meaningful pieces that tell the story of both grounding and becoming. The session ends with a gentle optional reflection circle. A calm, creative experience designed for self-discovery, intention, and growth.
ABOUT OLASTYLE STUDIO:
Lorine Otieno (Ola) is a Kenyan visual artist, ceramicist, and art educator, and the founder of Olastyle Studio a creative space where art meets emotional well-being. With a background in Fine Art and Design and experience across mainstream and special education, she blends technical skill with a deep, therapeutic approach to creativity. Her work centres on hand-building pottery, offering calm, sensory-led experiences through workshops, pottery sessions, and custom ceramic pieces. Passionate about inclusive art, she creates spaces that are accessible, engaging, and grounded in self-expression. At the heart of her practice is a belief that art is not just for decoration, but a powerful tool for connection, reflection, and personal renewal.

At the end, we will sit together in silence and dive deep within. You don’t need to know how to sing or meditate. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to connect. ABOUT KHILAN SHAH
Khilan is a teacher of Atma Kriya Yoga, initiated in 2014 into the ancient 5,000-year-old Kriya Yoga lineage by his Satguru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda—a realized and enlightened Spiritual Master and the founder of Bhakti Marga. Since that time, Khilan has been deeply immersed in the spiritual practices and teachings of his Satguru, experiencing ongoing transformation through the path of devotion and divine love. His personal journey continues to be one of inner growth and transformation—something he believes is possible for everyone. With a heartfelt wish to help others connect with their true selves, Khilan shares the tools and techniques that have impacted his own life. He teaches Atma Kriya Yoga, leads Mantra and OM Chanting sessions, and offers Knowledge classes in the evenings and on weekends. Each session is rooted in love, compassion, and a desire to uplift. Guided by her Satguru Paramahamsa Vishwananda, Vaishnavi has deepened her understanding and experience of the sacred connection between devotion and sound. Her approach weaves together the healing power of singing, chanting, and meditative presence, creating a heart-centered space for inner stillness and spiritual connection. Through music meditation, she invites others to experience the transformative energy of sound as a pathway to peace and love.

ABOUT NEAL DODHIA:
Neal’s journey as a healer began at 16 when he took a course in Reiki and energy healing. This not only opened his inner world but also expanded his horizons, leading him to Africa and across Asia, where he immersed himself in diverse healing traditions. His passion for learning never ceased.
Over the years, he has become a skilled reflexologist, sound healer, and soul light worker, as well as an intuitive massage therapist trained in Hot Stone, Sports, Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu techniques. He also integrates crystals, colour therapy, aromatherapy, and his signature Tibetan sound bath therapy into his practice. Neal’s work has expanded to include meditation and chakra balancing, deepening his ability to support others on their healing journey. KANGA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
This course is among the most comprehensive available, designed to help you deepen your practice while laying the foundation to become a confident, qualified teacher. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. yoga practices, and Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois, Kanga Yoga adapts to the individual, rather than expecting the individual to adapt to yoga. In our 200-hour teacher training, we offer a multi-style practice that includes Ashtanga Vinyasa and Sivananda. The focus is on asana alignment, hands-on adjustments, the therapeutic benefits of yoga, as well as the philosophy of both yoga and Ayurveda. Expert teachers from the fields of asana, anatomy, physiology, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda lead the course. For this special training, we bring together the most senior teachers from Rishikesh, held only once a year.Some participants join with the intention of becoming yoga teachers, while others seek a deeper understanding of yoga and Ayurveda or wish to develop a personal practice.
