WHEN IT IS HARD TO CONNECT COACHING WORKSHOP: UNDERSTANDING OTHERS TO CREATE MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH MANDEEP DEGON

SATURDAY 25TH APRIL, 2:00 – 4:00 PM | 3,000

We all have someone we struggle to connect with…
a colleague, a partner, a family member.

And no matter how much we try to handle it better,
we find ourselves reacting the same way frustrated, defensive, or distant.

We replay conversations.
We make assumptions.
We tell ourselves a story about them.

But what if the challenge isn’t just the other person?

What if it’s how we are seeing them…
and what gets activated in us in those moments?

In this session, we’ll explore a different way of relating, one that helps you step back, see more clearly, and understand the other person without losing yourself.

Not communication techniques.
Not scripts.

But a deeper shift in perspective,
one that can change how you experience the relationship.

ROOT TO RISE YOGA NIDRA & JOURNALING WITH EMMA COVENTRY

TUESDAY 28TH APRIL, 5:30 – 7:00 PM | 2,500

Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites the body into complete relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. In this state, we move beyond effort, allowing the nervous system to reset, the body to restore, and the mind to soften. This practice offers space to truly pause, to step out of doing and into simply being.
In this session, as you settle into stillness, you’ll be gently guided to ground deeply, creating a sense of safety, stability, and support within the body. From this place, you plant seeds, allowing growth and awareness to unfold naturally from a place of steadiness, as you move into the month ahead. A space to soften, to reconnect, and simply be.
