Since 2006, Emma has journeyed across India, Africa, and the UK, immersing herself in the study and application of Ayurveda and yogic tradition. She specialises in tailoring teachings to suit individual body types and doshas, observing how energy shifts with environment, season, and lifestyle. Attuned deeply to her students’ energies, Emma integrates alignment, breathwork, music, and intuitive sequencing. ABOUT CHETAL:
Chetal is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Breathwork Coach, and a B.E.S.T Practitioner. She has been working with sound for a year and it has helped her with her anxiety and manage her expectations, as she thrives in being a perfectionist. Sound is energy, and if an individual puts this energy into the crystal bowls, it will receive energy in return. Due to its nature, you can amplify, convert and transmit this energy to a higher form. Crystal alchemy singing bowls are powerful, photon activating sonic tools which raise our vibrational frequency. They release stuck energy, promote wellness and bring shifts in consciousness to our lives and to humanity. All Chetal’s sound baths are Reiki infused. Join us for an exclusive Rope Yoga Workshop on Sunday 14th June with Emma Bonnici. Discover the art of using ropes to enhance your yoga practice, improving alignment. This workshop offers a focused exploration of wall rope practice – supporting deeper understanding, clarity, and intelligence in āsana.

We will explore how wall ropes can:

  • Support and refine alignment

Khilan is a teacher of Atma Kriya Yoga, initiated in 2014 into the ancient 5,000-year-old Kriya Yoga lineage by his Satguru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda—a realized and enlightened Spiritual Master and the founder of Bhakti Marga. SOFT ORGANS: THE THROAT BREATH WITH JEAN SANGALE

After exploring the lungs and the space of breath, grief, and opening, in June we move upward into the throat. The throat is where breath becomes expression. It is the bridge between our inner world and the outer world, connected to voice, truth, emotion, communication, and the nervous system.

This session will explore the soft organs of the throat and neck:
The voice, thyroid, jaw, tongue, airway, and the pathways through which we speak, swallow, hold back, and express ourselves. Through breathwork, gentle movement, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll explore what happens when this area softens and opens.

ABOUT NEAL DODHIA:
Neal’s journey as a healer began at 16 when he took a course in Reiki and energy healing. This not only opened his inner world but also expanded his horizons, leading him to Africa and across Asia, where he immersed himself in diverse healing traditions. His passion for learning never ceased.
Over the years, he has become a skilled reflexologist, sound healer, and soul light worker, as well as an intuitive massage therapist trained in Hot Stone, Sports, Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu techniques. He also integrates crystals, colour therapy, aromatherapy, and his signature Tibetan sound bath therapy into his practice. Neal’s work has expanded to include meditation and chakra balancing, deepening his ability to support others on their healing journey. Join us for an intimate session designed for expecting mothers, combining gentle prenatal yoga with an introductory hypnobirthing workshop focused on helping mothers approach labour with greater calm, confidence, and understanding. We’ll begin with a calming, restorative yoga practice to help you release tension, connect with your body, and prepare physically for birth. Following this, we’ll guide you through the basics of hypnobirthing. These equip you with techniques to help you stay calm during contractions, manage fear and anxiety and work with the body during labour instead of resisting it. Nurture Nest is a maternal wellness company based in Nairobi, dedicated to supporting women through the often-overlooked postpartum period, also known as the fourth trimester. Founded on the belief that mothers deserve just as much care and attention as their newborns, Nurture Nest exists to help restore the “village” around the modern mother. KANGA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

This course is among the most comprehensive available, designed to help you deepen your practice while laying the foundation to become a confident, qualified teacher. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. yoga practices, and Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois, Kanga Yoga adapts to the individual, rather than expecting the individual to adapt to yoga. In our 200-hour teacher training, we offer a multi-style practice that includes Ashtanga Vinyasa and Sivananda. The focus is on asana alignment, hands-on adjustments, the therapeutic benefits of yoga, as well as the philosophy of both yoga and Ayurveda. Expert teachers from the fields of asana, anatomy, physiology, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda lead the course. For this special training, we bring together the most senior teachers from Rishikesh, held only once a year.Some participants join with the intention of becoming yoga teachers, while others seek a deeper understanding of yoga and Ayurveda or wish to develop a personal practice. To maintain a high quality of teacher-student interaction, class sizes are limited.
