Beginners Kanga Yoga Teacher

Nili has practiced Yoga on and off for 10 years. She has been athletic throughout her life and realized the importance of mental and physical well-being. Nili’s background is in Law and Real Estate. Yoga has been grounding for her and it has had a positive impact on her daily life.
She first met Emma and Silke in 2019, Nairobi, Kenya, where she was introduced to Kanga Yoga, and got a deeper uderstanding of the healing properties of Yoga and the different styles that are incorporated in the practice of Kanga Yoga.

With the guidance of Emma she completed her Teacher Training in Kanga Yoga in Nairobi, and continues to implement her daily practice with Meditation. She uses Yoga and Meditation to keep her grounded, and focuses on the impact of the mental and physical well being when practicing. Her passion lies in educating others on the importance of calming the mind and body especially in this fast-paced World we live in.
